This policy applies to watch faces downloaded from apps.garmin.com which generally have a free trial and can then be purchased using various methods on our website.
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please use the trial period to ensure you are fully satisfied with the watch face before you purchase. We do not offer refunds after the license key has been emailed to you, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.
For purchases via Garmin.com
This policy applies to watch faces purchased via Garmin.com using Garmin Pay (not necessarily using your watch itself). Garmin does not offer a free trial period, but they do offer a 48-hour return period.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund via Garmin. The processing of the refund is entirely up to Garmin. The following instructions are from the Garmin website.
Although it is possible to request a refund within the first 48 hours after purchase, it is highly recommended to contact the developer regarding any issues to see if the developer can correct them for you.To Request a Refund
NOTE: The instructions below do not apply to purchased content with a Payment or Payment Required tag on the app page. For these purchases, contact the app developer for more details on how to refund the service.
Connect IQ Store App
- Select your profile icon in the upper left.
- Select Purchases.
- Select the app you want to refund.
- Select Report a Problem.
- Select Request a Refund.
- Enter in the details on the reason for your refund request.
- Select Next.
- Select Submit.
Connect IQ Store Web
- Visit the Connect IQ Web store.
- Click Log in and enter your email and password.
- Select your profile icon in the upper right.
- Select Account Settings.
- Select to the right of the purchased app.
- Select Request a Refund.
