Providing License Key Status
If you’re diagnosing a license-related issue, the LuxeLion support team may ask you to take a screenshot of the license area of your settings. Please refer to the screenshot below for an example of what you should send from your watch face settings.
Be sure to include all 4 items in your screenshot.
- License Key
- License Status
- Your Purchase
- Licensed Email
Providing System Messages
In addition, you may be asked to provide “System Messages”. Please look for that option towards the end of your settings. Please copy & paste the text in that field to send to our support team.
A screenshot will not contain all the information needed. Please copy & paste the text in this box to the LuxeLion support team via email.
